Notice: Water Capital Replacement Levy

The Town of Smoky Lake has approved a Water Capital Replacement Levy of $0.60 per cubic metre, calculated based on actual water consumption. This levy is designed to encourage water conservation, promote fairness among users, and recover costs associated with the new water reservoir debenture. The levy will take effect January 1, 2026.
