TAKE NOTICE THAT in accordance with sections 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Town of Smoky Lake is giving consideration to an Urban Hens Bylaw for

the purpose of regulating and controlling the keeping of hens as urban agriculture in the Town of Smoky Lake.

The Public Hearing will be held both in-person and via Zoom on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 10:05 a.m. (or as soon as practical thereafter) at: Town of Smoky Lake Council Chambers,
