Canada Post Strike

Due to the Canada Post mail disruption, the Town of Smoky Lake cannot mail customer accounts receivable invoices, accounts payable cheques, tax notices or statements and utility bills. Starting November 18, 2024, outgoing mail (including invoices and cheques) will be held at the Town Office located at 56 Wheatland Avenue in Smoky Lake.

Digital Invoicing is available for Accounts Receivable (AR), Property Tax and Utility accounts and will be emailed directly to your email. The Town of Smoky Lake is encouraging residents to sign up by clicking here. If you need any assistance, please call the office at (780) 656-3674. 

**Please note that you are still responsible for monthly AR, tax and utility payments.
