Residential Development Incentive Program
New Residential Development Incentive Program
The Town of Smoky Lake Council has approved a new Residential Development Incentive Program to support housing growth within the community.
Eligible residential development projects may receive:
$10/square foot of habitable floor area
Up to a maximum of $20,000 per dwelling unit
The program supports:
Multi-unit residential developments
Accessory Dwelling Units
Residential conversion or redevelopment that creates additional dwelling units
