Council has given consent to the holding of the meeting as required by The Municipal Government Act under Section 194: Special Council Meetings for the purpose of reviewing the following items of business:

1. Executive Session /In Camera for the Purpose of Public Works and Personnel Matter, under the authority of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) Section 20, Disclosure harmful Personal Privacy
