Citizen Satisfaction Survey
Purpose:
The Town of Smoky Lake is seeking resident feedback to improve municipal
services, infrastructure, and community quality of life in preparation to
review the Strategic Plan. Your responses will help guide Council decisions,
budgeting, and future planning. Surveys
will be open until June 30, 2026.

All responses are anonymous and will be reported in aggregate.
