NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BYLAW NO. 14-2025
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of Town of Smoky Lake is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on proposed Bylaw 14-2025.
The purpose of Bylaw No. 14-2025 is to amend Town of Smoky Lake’s Land Use Bylaw 007-018 by rezoning:
- Lot 19, Block 6, Plan 0721842
- Lot 20, Block 6, Plan 0721842
- Lot 12, Block 7, Plan 0721842
- Lot 15, Block 7, Plan 0721842
from R3 Residential High Density District to R1 Residential Low Density District.
