TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of Town of Smoky Lake is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on proposed Bylaw 08-2025. 

The purpose of Bylaw No. 08-2025 is to amend Town of Smoky Lake’s Land Use Bylaw 007-018 by rezoning approximately 0.08 ha (0.21 ac) of Lot 8, Block 1, Plan 1885CL (4706 50 Street) and 0.08 ha (0.21 ac) Lot 9, Block 1, Plan 1885CL (4704 50 Street) from R2 Residential Medium Density District to R3 Residential High Density District.
